Made in America isn’t the only feature that SustainU is talking about, in its new deal with Eastern Mountain Sports. Sustainability is another aspect that the company is proud of. SustainU is making garments made from 100 percent recycled materials manufactured in the USA.
EMS is carrying men’s and women’s graphic tees, which carry a co-branded label that says “EMS, Powered by SustainU.”
Initially EMS will offer two men’s and two women’s graphic tees. That line is expected to expand. “We look forward to growing our 100 percent recycled, made in the USA programs in the near future as consumers get more and more on board with these products,” said Jen Edes, EMS senior director of sourcing and product development.
