When we think of SWAT we think of that 1970s TV show about the police in dark blue uniforms – or police in dark blue uniforms. The idea was “Special Weapons and Training.” Specialized isn’t looking to arm up cyclists, but instead is providing a special system for carrying gear on the road. The SWAT – Storage, Water, Air, Tool – is an alternative to saddle packs as it will be built directly into frames of various 2014 models.
