Contamination & Safety: Their website states that Ignite Naturals is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) rated for manufacturing but does not specify which products have actually been tested nor how recent. GMP certification costs money and is voluntary so any company that participates in this program on a consistent basis does leverage their credibility. Sunday Q&A: Trismarter’s Regina Hammond Talks Smart Training

The first step in taking part in a triathlon is just trying. Regina Hammond of Trismarter grew up swimming and running competitively, later competing on a national level in cross country while setting school and divisional records. She continued running competitively while at Ithaca College, where she graduated in 1996 with a degree in Television and Psychology.

In June 2011, I attended the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) National Conference and was fortunate enough to hear two experts discuss their work and research involving running injuries, specifically to the heel.
